BISHOP HAROLD G. LONG
President of FaithWalk Ministry Inc.
SENIOR PASTOR OF FAITHWALK MINISTRIES
PRESIDING PRELATE OF NEW JERUSALEM FELLOWSHIP
Bishop Long was born and raised in a rural area, in a small town called Paris, Missouri. At the age of six years old, he received Christ and from that day, there was a call on his life. God also annoited Bishop Long at age of six to play the piano. As he grew up God used him to play and sing, and he was blessed to sing and travel for God.
Bishop Long at the age of 21 was called to preach and through divine providence God positioned him to pastor two churches in Paris, MO and Salisbury, MO. Bishop Long encountered many trials and tribulations during this time in his life being such a young pastor but Bishop Long never gave up and walked by faith.
Bishop while pastoring two churches was also a traveling evangelist running revivals, tent revivals and crusades all over the United States in various states for the last 30 years. Bishop feeling an urgent pull from God to slow down that pace he begin to focus more on the urgent work back at home for the tremendous growth that was going to take place in his own churches.
At the age of 46 the blessings of God exended the ministry to to reach a 100 mile radius where people would and still currently drive weekly to attend services. The churches have grown to the point that there have been three moving transitions for the ministry to larger faciltities. The present day ministry is known as FaithWalk Ministry where Bishop Long is Senior Pastor.
Bishop Long during his Spiritual Career has preached on street corners, auditoriums and churches and through the power of God he has seen hundreds come to Christ and he has also experienced the miraculous power of God before his very eyes. Bishop Long is still going strong in the ministry for Christ and God has enriched Bishop with a message for the times that brings hope, healing, restoration and deliverance to those that are in need of Spiritual help. This is a message that revititalizes the body, soul and spirit of Mankind.
